>>Take a goblin or two home

Well hel, can’t think of a reason not to! Your place is certainly more pleasant than this dank old grotto, anyway. It’ll love it there!

...Or hey, maybe it’ll make for a nice second gift to your friend! That's even better!

You strap the goblin on to your back, wrapping the rope around yourself so you don’t have to hold it the whole time. You now have the most adorable backpack in all of Mockus Midgard.

>>SAVE EIK ALREADY

Having done all you can down here, you climb up to the rocky ledge on which Eik’s cage stands, discovering in the process that goblins are surprisingly heavy. You probably should’ve strapped the goblin on AFTER saving Eik, but hey, you need the exercise anyway.

You thank the gods you have a lot of endurance.

You knock open the cage and free Eik, giving him a hand to get him back on his feet, exhausted from the climb though you may be.

Despite your timely rescue, he is still reasonably upset you tried to trade his freedom for yours.

You tell him to relax - you would’ve come back to save him after you escaped!

You were going to do that, right?

Oh well! All that matters now is that you’ve saved Eik and subdued the goblins through the heroic feat of simply not being tied up anymore. That’s half of your quest complete!

Now all you have to do is find out what’s got the goblins all riled up and find a way out of this place, and you’re free for real!
