The Lunar Islands
An odd little chain of "islands" floating above the water. Strange glowy bowl-shapes that can be seen into from outside, but not outside of from within, compartmentalize the area. Some are empty. One features three smaller moons rotating around its center. Another holds a single spinning moon with an odd interior - the texture of water adorned with hastily-scribbled red flames. Two moons covered in sand dunes float above in the distance... Just don't look at them from behind, or you'll break the illusion.
One umbrella with a leafy texture floats beside one of the paths.
There is no collision to prevent you from wandering off into the distant void, right through the mountains.
While perhaps the least interesting V-Chat world in terms of exploration (second only to The Help), The Lunar Islands are very aesthetically pleasing. A very relaxing place, perfect for laid back chatting. The leaf texture's similarity to marijuana is purely coincidental, I'm sure.
Listed on the V-Chat website as "a gathering place for teens."

While the about.txt file only contains the words "Microsoft Corporation", articles like Hotwired's "Metaworlds" cite that Philip Reay, who was owner of the design firm Metacosm and worked on The Fishbowl, is also the creator of The Lunar Islands.
Additional Notes/Information
One of the surrounding mountain textures is applied improperly, resulting in a jagged, spiky appearance. This might be intentional to add some variety to the surroundings, but it was more than likely an oversight.
