Livan'chu

Self-styled "freedom-fighters", the nationalistic Livan'chu defy the will of the Collective by asserting that the planet Malfic is theirs by divine right. Claiming that they are the chosen of the Dah MeYar, the Livan'chu have staged a twenty year guerilla war against the Hegemony and their Bloodbound Warriors. Efforts to crush their activities have been successful, as the Zercesians have eliminated a full two thirds of their population.
